People wearing safety harnesses pose at the top of the nation's tallest building -- the 300-meter-tall Abeno Harukas -- in Osaka on Wednesday. Edge the Harukas, an attraction opening on March 7, offers people the chance to experience a thrilling view by stepping out onto a 20-meter-long, about 60-centimeter-wide deck at the top of the building.
