- Three federal agents from the Customs and Border Protection Caribbean Air and Marine Branch were rescued by the US Coast Guard off the coast of Puerto Rico.
- The incident occurred on 31 March when the agents responded to reports of a capsized vessel with two sailors clinging to it.
- While attempting the rescue, their marine unit encountered 10ft swells, which threw the agents into the water.
- Footage from the US Coast Guard Southeast shows all five individuals, including the two sailors, being hoisted into a helicopter.
- The Puerto Rico Police Joint Force of Rapid Action (FURA) also assisted in the operation, and all involved were treated for minor injuries.
