There are hopes a set of "unique" floor tiles can help identify selfish fly-tippers who dumped what appears to be the complete contents of a house at an industrial estate in Midlothian.
Matthew Smith says he's becoming hacked off with the actions of thoughtless litterbugs who pile their rubbish up outside his place of work, a food manufacturing business at Butlerfield Industrial Estate, Bonnyrigg.
In just the last two weeks three separate piles of rubbish have appeared in the area, all seemingly from a house renovation.
Matthew shared images on social media which show flooring, wetwall from a bathroom, and radiators, and he says there's also been items such as a sink and double bed, along with large amounts of plasterboard and timber, left lying in recent times.

He told Edinburgh Live: "It looks like it's all come from a house renovation. This has happened three times in the last couple of weeks.
"We've had plasterboard, timber, pretty much a full bathroom – toilet, sink, wetwall – along with a bed, radiators.
"It's horrific just now. We want to find out who has been doing this because it's been happening quite a lot."
Matthew says the dumping ground is located on a dead-end road, so he's sure people are going out their way to dump rubbish in the area.
He added: "There's a bit of land it keeps happening at. A few months ago we had a load of chemicals, which we're sure came from a bodyshop left on the ground. They were in industrial containers, and oil drums, and we've struggled to move them. They were full of liquid."
In a widely-shared Facebook post, Matthew originally said he hoped a unique pattern on some floor tiles would help lead to the identification of the culprits.
He added: "Regular fly tipping at my work happening most weeks now. The most recent seems to be a house renovation, if anyone has had or knows of anyone that has had work done recently and recognises these unique floor tiles please help us catch the responsible people!"
