Shoppers have been left in a flap after their big Christmas shops arrived without a turkey.
Furious festive punters across the UK have been venting their frustration that online shopping orders placed weeks ago have not been fulfilled.
Some complained that click and collect orders made at the beginning of December with Tesco were missing the festive bird on collection, with no substitute available.
Another person was furious that their extra-large turkey order was swapped at the last minute for three medium turkeys far too big for their oven.
The turkey issues have arisen as shoppers pack themselves into supermarkets in a frantic final bid to get Christmas dinner on the table.

Perhaps the biggest Christmas dinner indignity was suffered by one woman who received an Asda order short of turkey, Brussel sprouts and goose fat.
Worse yet, a bottle of Tanqueray gin arrived with the security tag still attached.
Terri Baker had prepared well in advance for her Christmas dinner this year, only to be let down by Tesco when her delivery arrived.
"Disappointed in @Tesco today," she posted on Twitter .
"Booked my order weeks ago, arrived today, no turkey, no substitution!"
While Gaynor Naisy wasn't quite as foreward thinking, she still gave Asda a full week to deliver her extra large turkey.
On the day she was waiting for it to arrive however, she received an email explaining that it had been subbed out for three smaller models.
Size problems were also experienced by Helen Butler, who opted to order online and then pick up her big Christmas day shop in store.
Best made plans were laid to waste when she went into Tesco to be told that her bird had been scaled down.
"Very disappointed with @Tesco Arrive for my click and collect to be told my turkey has been substituted for smaller one!!" she explained.

"The turkey?! At Christmas! “Will that be ok?” Not really, no!!!!! But what can I do now?! Prior warning would have been good!"
Tesco and Asda were not the only supermarket receiving complaints.
Helen Weir ordered a turkey crown from Sainsbury's only to be told it was out of stock and that she would have to change her order.
She exchanged it for another turkey crown, only to be told on the morning of the delivery that it would be substituted for a whole bird.
As well as Tesco, Sainsbury's and Asda, Occado had some unhappy customers.
Father of two Graeme wrote on Twitter: "Nice work @Ocado ! Booked our delivery months ago.
"Confirmed order as usual and - you substituted a smaller turkey.
"Thanks for convincing us to drop you and shop local in future. Gits."
Kathye King turned to Waitrose when the online delivery service let her down.
She said: "A big thank you to Waitrose in egham and Colin in particular for rescuing our Christmas dinner after Ocado failed to deliver our Christmas turkey.
"Thank you for all your help. Merry Christmas."
The customer shuffle also worked the other way when Jeff Vass moved from Waitrose to Ocado.
He claimed that the upmarket store had lost his custom after delivering a chicken instead of a turkey.
A Tesco Spokesperson said: “Our availability and service levels are really strong this week and we continue to do our best to make sure our customers have a great Christmas.
"We have plenty of festive products in stock to ensure everyone gets what they ordered.
“At the weekend, a very small number of customers had problems with their orders. We have been in touch with the customers to put this right.”
