Missing Scots woman Jacqueline Sneddon found 'safe and well' after police search

An urgent search to find a missing Scots woman from Denny has ended after she was found 'safe and well'.

Jacqueline Sneddon was last seen at her home in the Glenbo Drive area around 3pm on Thursday and hasn't been heard from since.

The 62-year-old is described as being around 5ft 5in tall and of medium build with short grey/white hair.

Jacqueline was last seen wearing a brown long-sleeved top, black leggings and boots.

She is believed to be driving white Nissan NV500 with the registration plate K13 JBD.

Police are growing concerned for Jacqueline's welfare and are urging anyone who may have seen her or her car to get in touch.

But the force later confirmed that Jacqueline has been found.

A spokesperson said: "We are pleased to confirm Jacqueline Sneddon (62) who was reported missing in Denny has been traced safe and well. Thank you to everyone who shared our earlier appeal."
