Fears grow for missing schoolgirl, 14, who was last seen at popular holiday park

Police are growing concerned for the welfare of missing Talisha, 14, from Leeds - (North Yorks Police)

Police are growing increasingly concerned for the wellbeing of a young girl who vanished at a seaside holiday park on Thursday.

The girl, known only as Talisha, 14, from Leeds, was last seen at her holiday accommodation in Cayton Bay Holiday Park near Scarborough, North Yorkshire, at around 11.30pm on July 10.

The girl is described as around 5ft 3in tall, with a medium build, and black hair and brown eyes.

Police say it is possible that Talisha may have travelled back to Leeds and are urging anyone who sees her to dial 999 immediately.

North Yorkshire Police state it is unknown what clothing she was wearing when she went missing.

Detectives believed she was carrying a black handbag and wearing pink shoes.

Those who have seen Talisha since she disappeared are advised to call police on 101. Any immediate sightings should be reported straight away on 999. In both cases, quote reference 12250127089.
