Fears grow for Everton fan who hasn't been seen by anybody in over a month

A fresh appeal was made for help in finding a man who has now been missing from home for over a month.

Anthony McCarty, who is 47 years old, has not been seen since 1pm on Friday, April 16.

He was last seen at a family member's address in Malvern Close, Kirkby.

Merseyside Police said they were increasingly concerned for his wellbeing.

He is described as white, around 5ft 7in tall, of medium build, with brown stubble. Anthony has a tattoo of the Everton crest on his right arm and a half-sleeve tattoo of names on his left arm.

When he was last seen, Anthony was described as wearing a black jacket, blue polo shirt with yellow writing, pale blue jeans, and blue and yellow Dewalt boots.

He is known to frequent the Kirkby area.

If you have seen Anthony or have any information, please contact police via this online form.

Alternatively, DM @MerPolCC on Twitter, 'Merseyside Police Contact Centre' on Facebook or call 101 or the charity missing people on 116 000.
