Fears for schoolgirl, 11, who disappeared on way home from school

An 11-year-old girl who was last seen leaving her school in South London has not been seen since Tuesday afternoon.

Police are concerned for the welfare of Caprice-Maitai Barrett-Reid, who went missing near Ladywell in Lewisham.

The school pupil was last seen walking into Hilly Fields park around 3:30pm on March 29, wearing her school uniform and a purple puffer jacket, reports My London.

Police said they are concerned for the young girl's safety as she has not been seen since entering the park in Lewisham since yesterday afternoon.

The Met is now urgently appealing for the public's help to find her.
