Man who went missing after arrow shooting turns up at hospital

An injured man who prompted concerns when he went missing after a woman was shot in the leg with an arrow in Adelaide's north has presented himself to hospital.

SA Police earlier said they had "genuine concerns" for the welfare of Thien (Peter) Nguyen after the incident at Parafield Gardens yesterday.

Police were called to a Bardsley Avenue house after a woman was been shot in the leg with an arrow just before 5:00pm.

The victim's injuries were not considered life-threatening.

Police were unable to locate Mr Nguyen, who they believed to be at the scene during the shooting where he had received a "serious injury".

They said he presented to hospital at 1:20pm and the investigation into the Parafield Gardens incident was continuing.
