Fears for missing 15-year-old Shannon Cockburn last seen on Princes Street

Concern is growing for a missing 15-year-old girl who was last seen in Edinburgh on Friday.

Shannon Cockburn was last seen on Princes Street, Edinburgh around 5.50pm on Friday.

She hasn't been seen over the weekend and there are fears for her welfare.

Shannon is from Balerno but has links to Portobello and Musselburgh, where she may have travelled by bus.

She is described as being 5ft 8in tall, and has a slim build with long brown hair worn in various styles.

Police Scotland have asked anyone with information to contact them on 101 quoting incident number 3339 of 17th May.
