Fears for ITV's I'm A Celebrity as crews rush to secure set as Storm Barra hits Wales

I'm A Celebrity risks being taken off the air again as Storm Barra hits Wales.

The local area surrounding has been given a yellow weather warning for wind and there are now fears the show could be brought off air again by the poor weather conditions.

It has been back on air for less than a week after Storm Arwen caused terrible damage to the show's production tents and the show had to be cancelled for three days as crews battled to save the show.

In new video footage, filmed on Tuesday, the rain and wind batters the castle and the surrounding set.

Footage shows the crews struggling through the poor weather as they try to secure the set, including a green and yellow slide which was erected on the castle lawn earlier this week ahead of the infamous Celebrity Cyclone challenge.

In another clip, the team are dressed in waterproof jackets and high-vis clothing as they walk around the castle walls before convening at the castle gates.

The production tent roof experienced some bad damage during Storm Arwen last week and there is now only the final section of the tent's steel skeleton remaining after the roof crashed down in the first bout of poor weather.

Cranes have been busy removing the damaged tent, with not much of it left now and the scaffolding, crews and cables nearby all being exposed to the awful weather conditions.

Even hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly have joked about the poor weather conditions in Wales.

In an interview on This Morning last week, Ant said: "There's a slight worry because I think there's more bad weather coming next week, but I think it is just temperatures dropping, maybe a bit of snow, a bit of frost, I think we can cope with that."

Dec laughed, before he added: "You never get this in Australia!"

Not wanting to jinx anything, he then said: "Let's not speak too soon, but let's hope we are back and on until the end."

I'm A Celebrity has seen two stars exit the show this week - first, Dame Arlene Phillips on Sunday night, and then secondly, last night, Kadeena Cox was booted out of the castle.

Another celebrity is set to become the third evictee and head home tonight - but who will it be?
