Trent Alexander-Arnold has handed Liverpool a major scare ahead of the game as he was not part of the Reds’ squad that flew to Porto on Monday night.

While Thiago Alcantara and Harvey Elliott are also both out of the game, but Naby Keita is set to return to Klopp’s matchday squad for the clash.

The Reds boss could also be reunited with former midfielder Marco Grujic, who made his return from a short-term absence at the weekend for Porto.

Porto will, however, be without the centre-back pairing that started the game against Atletico.

Chancel Mbemba was red-carded deep into injury time, while Pepe was substituted through injury.
