Favourites for treble! Manchester City's chances of success this season predicted

Manchester City took a big step in their bid to retain the Premier League as Rodri stabbed home a stoppage-time winner against 10-man Arsenal.

The win takes the Reds nine points clear of Chelsea and 12 ahead of Liverpool - who have two games in hand. Blues fans will have a close eye on Sunday with second and third battling it out at Stamford Bridge.

Pep Guardiola' s side departed the Emirates with the three points and their 11th straight win as pundits are already beginning to speculate whether the three-horse race has quickly become a one-horse pursuit of the title.

But how do the bookmakers rate City's possibility for success in the remaining competitions?

FA Cup

Beaten finalists in the FA Cup by Leicester last year, the Blues will be looking to put that disappointment behind them.

Already this season they have suffered a setback in their efforts to claim a clean sweep after West Ham knocked them out of the Carabao Cup on penalties.

City kick off their pursuit against League One play-off hopefuls Swindon Town.

Domestically, the Premier League leaders have asserted their dominance and it is expected they will do so in the prestigious English cup competition.

Manchester City to win the FA Cup: 10/3 (fav).

Champions League

City came out of one of the toughest groups in Europe as they fought off Paris Saint-Germain, RB Leipzig and Club Brugge to top the standings.

In the next phase of the competition, they will welcome Sporting to the Etihad.

The Blues were beaten finalists in Europe last season as Kai Havertz scored the only goal of the game but the bookmakers expect them to go all the way this year with Bayern Munich and Liverpool among the frontrunners according to Sky Bet.

Manchester City to win the Champions League: 11/4 (fav).

Premier League

Their remarkable run has seen them rise to the summit.

Guardiola's side are looking ruthless and unbeatable at present with the bookmakers holding them in a similar vein.

Previously dubbed a three-horse race between City, Liverpool and Chelsea, with the recent slip-ups from the two challengers, the pursuit of the title is believed to have been cut down to one.

Despite questions surrounding their attacking options following Sergio Aguero's departure, they continue to find the back of the net with the constant threat of their forward options.

Manchester City to win the league: 1/8.
