Hit comedy Father Ted has been voted the second best sitcom of all time.
The 90s sitcom about the bizarre lives of three Irish priests living on the fictional Craggy Island rn from 1995 to 1998.
Starring Dermot Morgan, Ardal O'Hanlon, and Frank Kelly in the star roles, Father Ted managed to top classic British comedies like I’m Alan Partridge, Blackadder, and Dad’s Army.
Ranking at number one was Fawlty Towers starring John Cleese as eccentric hotel owner Basil Fawlty which ran from 1975 to 1979, according to a poll by Radio Times.

Pat Laffan dead: Father Ted creator pays touching tribute as beloved actor dies
Last month, Irish actor Pat Laffan, who was best known for his role as milkman Pat Mustard in Father Ted, passed away.
The show's creator broke the news on Twitter , telling his followers: "Just heard the sad news that Pat Laffan who played Pat Mustard in Father Ted has died. “Rest in peace, Pat, a pleasure to work with you".
The news was first confirmed in a statement by Mr Laffan's agent Lisa Richards.
"It is with tremendous sadness that we here at the Lisa Richards Agency can confirm Pat Laffan's passing today," read the post, though no cause of death was given.
