Father-of-two blasted for 'red flag' actions as he dances with 23-year-old nanny

A father-of-two has been blasted online after his wife uploaded a video of him dancing with their 23-year-old nanny - with many people saying his behaviour is a 'red flag'.

TikTok user Rachel uploaded the video which she thought was harmless, but many of the 17,300 commenters thought differently and told the woman she should be suspicious of her husband, whose name is Andrew.

Many thought that the dancing was inappropriate, and others were concerned with how comfortable the man was with the young woman, named Lizzie - suggesting something else must be going on.

But despite the comments, the woman seemed unconcerned and soon added: "We're flattered by the interest guys. Most of you are out of your minds, but we're flattered."

One TikTok user named Corra Lynne wrote: "The fact that they both were insanely comfortable doing this is unsettling."

A second user added: "I've been a nanny for 15 years and never in my life has anything like this ever happened."

And another, named Drew, said: "My wife divorced me solely for watching this video."

Rachel uploaded the clip with the caption "the nanny-dad content no one asked for", and in the video Andrew can be seen lifting Lizzie by the waist, and the pair wrap their arms around each other.

At one point, Rachel, 34, can be heard saying: ”You touched her boobs!”, while Andrew laughs in reply: “I know, I know.”

Rachel defended the behaviour and said Lizzie is like “family”, adding they met her when she worked in the daycare where their oldest son went.

She added: “She was always the nicest, the sweetest. She would send pictures all day, and we would talk all day. She wasn't like the other people that worked there, and I wasn't like the other mums. We were, like, friends.”

Due to the pandemic, Andrew and Rachel hired Lizzie to help around the house and she would be there when the husband worked from home.

After posting the video, which has been viewed over seven millions times, Rachel was warned that she was being 'groomed', and people were quick to insult Lizzie.

Eventually, Rachel responded and said: "We love her to death - I'm not being groomed, everybody can calm down."

In other posts, Rachel asked her followers to be nice as some people were commenting on Lizzie's own posts and insulting her.
