Fatboy Slim has announced he will hold a free concert for NHS and frontline workers once the coronavirus pandemic ends.
The British DJ, whose real name is Norman Cook, took to Twitter on Wednesday to share his plans.
“An invitation to all NHS doctors, nurses, support workers, porters and cleaners + all blue light staff, ambulance, police and fire service (+ importantly their +1’s),” he wrote.
The DJ, 56, announced that the event will take place at the Brighton Centre on 28 October, with tickets available from Friday 17 April.
All eligible staff will need to provide a valid NHS or Primary Care Trust ID card when tickets are checked at the show.
Earlier this week, fellow British musicians Lewis Capaldi, Liam Gallagher and Arctic Monkeysdonated personal items to a raffle raising funds for the NHS.
The fundraiser proved to be so popular that its website crashed after opening on Tuesday, with organisers forced to temporarily pause the event.
“Sorry to say we’re going to have to pause the raffle for the moment – we did expect lots of interest, but it’s simply more than we could have anticipated!” a statement read.
“There isn’t a quick fix, due to current working from home restrictions, so please standby for updates.”
