Ricky Foster insists the only regret Rangers can have from their hammering of Motherwell is that they could have scored more.
Fashion Sakala was the star of the show for Steven Gerrard's team as they came back from 1-0 down to pick up a resounding 6-1 win.
The Zambian was in the thick of it with a hat-trick as James Tavernier, Glen Kamara and Kemar Roofe all got in on the act.
But it was Sakala taking the acclaim as he netted a treble on only his fourth Rangers start.
Former Ibrox defender Foster, speaking on Sportscene, reckons his treble masked what was an up-and-down performance from the hitman.
But he knows none of that matters as long as the goals keep raining in.
"Sakala was good and bad in the game," he said.
"He got the ball, he tried to attack the Motherwell defence, but he gave it away a few times.
"But you're going to get that with attacking players, they need to take that risk and it's certainly paid off for him today.
"It was great movement for the header, good enough strike for the deflected goal, but it was fantastic for him and his confidence to get a hat-trick."
Rangers started the game slowly but battled back well and Stephen O'Donnell's second half red card gave them the impetus to really take the game by the horns.
They did that by adding three more goals to move four clear at the top of the Premiership table.
And while 6-1 was ugly enough for Motherwell, Foster reckons it could have been more.
"At 3-1 and they get a man sent off, it's never looking good," he said.
"In the end, Rangers were well worthy of the six.
"They had another couple of opportunities where they broke on Motherwell and it could have been more."
