A Queensland farmer accused of raping and sexual assaulting a worker on his property will face a district court trial.

Wayne Robert Green, 51, was committed to stand trial by Brisbane Magistrates Court on Thursday.

The South Burnett man is charged with one count each of rape and sexual assault.

Green is also facing a charge of deceptive recruiting - provision of sexual services.

He is understood to be the first person in Queensland to face that charge.

The alleged offences occurred in January and February 2017 at Mondure, about 200km northwest of Brisbane.

Green is expected to face a District Court trial in Kingaroy at a date yet to be decided.

A woman told the man's committal hearing in March last year she had experienced similar behaviour while working on Green's property in 2014.

She said the man inappropriately touched her and once stripped naked for a massage.

"All I wanted to do was work out there, cook and clean, help out on the farm, feed the sheep, feed the chickens (and) put out the washing," she said.

"This man came onto me. He made me feel uncomfortable .... I was sexually harassed."

The woman said Green also told her he had sex with other backpackers who worked at the farm and repeatedly pressured her to drink alcohol.

"That is not right," she said.
