Farewell Emily Perry

Farewell then to Emily Perry, the actress who played Dame Edna Everage's comedy sidekick Madge Allsop, who has died at the grand old age of 100. Perry, who had the ability to get an audience rolling in the aisles just by looking into the camera, started playing Dame Edna's long-suffering bridesmaid in 1987, when she was already 80.
