Trying to craft the perfect fantasy football lineup each week is tough to do. Whether you loaded up on running backs and receivers but left the quarterback spot thin, or stacked up on the skill positions and bypassed a quality defense or kicker in your draft, there’s that one spot in your weekly lineup that’s driving you crazy.
Lucky for you, streaming is an option. And we’re here to help you figure out the best players to stream on a weekly basis.
Week 4 has several options across the board that could serve as solid plug-and-play options for your fantasy roster.
Here are some of the best options.
Quarterbacks
Geno Smith – Seattle Seahawks
Geno Smith is quietly having a good start to the season and that shouldn’t change much when his Seahawks go up against this below-average Detroit Lions defense in Week 4.
Jared Goff – Detroit Lions
Copy and paste the Geno Smith words from above, but change the defense to the Seattle Seahawks. Although, how streamable Goff is could depend on the availability of his injured skill position players. Keep an eye on that.
Running Backs
J.D. McKissic – Washington Commanders
You’re not going to get much on the ground from McKissic, but he’s got 16 targets over the past two weeks. He could be a really good option in full-PPR leagues.
Craig Reynolds – Detroit Lions
D’Andre Swift looks like he’s going to miss time. And while Jamaal Williams is a more-than-competent fill-in, it’s hard to see him taking all of the backfield snaps. Reynolds will likely get some chances on Sunday. We’ll see what he does with them.
Raheem Mostert – Miami Dolphins
Mostert’s leading the Dolphins in carries through three weeks, even after having low usage in Week 3. He’ll face a Bengals defense that’ll be without D.J. Reader, their No. 1 man in the middle. Might be some daylight for Mostert should he get the opportunities.
Wide Receivers
Mack Hollins – Las Vegas Raiders
Raise your hand if you had predicted Mack Hollins would lead the Raiders in receiving yards after three games. He’s gone from one catch for 16 yards, to five for 66 and then 8 for 158 and a touchdown over a three-week span. Take a shot at him while he’s hot.
Greg Dortch – Arizona Cardinals
The Cards have been without Deandre Hopkins and Rondale Moore, and now will be without A.J. Green for the time being. More targets and more production for Greg Dortch who has occasionally looked like Kyler Murray’s best receiving option.
Zay Jones – Jacksonville Jaguars
I know the Jags are playing a really good Philadelphia defense in Week 4, but he still seems like a good emergency play.
Tight Ends
Taysom Hill – New Orleans Saints
Jameis’ availability for Week 4 looks to be in question, which means Taysom Hill is going to be on the field more in some sort of capacity.
Will Dissly – Seattle Seahawks
Three weeks in, Dissly has recorded a touchdown in two games. His weekly productivity from a fantasy football standpoint relies on getting in the endzone, but that’s a risk you might be willing to take if you’re streaming.
Defenses
Kansas City Chiefs
The Bucs’ offense has scored three touchdowns this season. Mike Evans’ return from a Week 3 suspension will help with that, and perhaps some injury luck in the wide receiver room will also. But it shouldn’t be enough to stop you from streaming this Chiefs defense that has been solid to begin the season.
