Fantasy football scout tips gameweek 27: Sadio Mane, Bruno Fernandes, Danny Ings and more

Sadio Mané

Heavily owned until a recent muscle injury ruled him out for two games, Sadio Mané made a scoring return for Liverpool away at Norwich last week.

Mané is still well owned - in a fifth of squads - but those who sold him in haste should be looking to reinvest as the league leaders embark on a run of favourable fixtures.

Raul Jimenez

Once a reliable source of either goals or assists, Raul Jimenez's returns dried up a little recently, with attacking points in only two of his last seven gameweeks.

Yet Wolves' fixtures are about to turn in his favour, starting with basement-dwelling Norwich's visit to Molineux this weekend. We expect Jimenez to rediscover his point-scoring consistency.

Bruno Fernandes

After picking up his first assist against Chelsea on Monday night, Manchester United's new recruit Bruno Fernandes is showing all the signs of being a fantasy asset after two appearances for his new club.

Fernandes is across set-pieces, hitting the post from a free-kick at Stamford Bridge, and he is not afraid of shooting in open play either. Relegation-troubled Watford visit Old Trafford on Sunday.

Danny Ings

After a brief dry spell, Danny Ings returned to scoring form against his former club last weekend and now welcomes the top flight's worst defence to St Mary's.

Ings is a popular choice after his consistent run of goals during the winter and currently in around 30% of squads, though expect that to rise over an excellent set of forthcoming fixtures.

Patrick van Aanholt

An old fantasy favourite, Patrick van Aanholt is starting again for a Crystal Palace side that has hit a spell of poor form. Safety is far from assured for Roy Hodgson's men.

At least the visit of another faltering side to Selhurst Park offers a chance of three points. Newcastle do not impress forward away from home, giving Van Aanholt a decent chance of a clean sheet.

Honourable mentions: Vicente Guaita, Federico Fernandez, Willy Boly, Nicolas Pepe, Jay Rodriguez.
