Fans will pay a pretty penny to attend Titans-Chiefs in AFC Championship

The opportunity for fans to watch the Tennessee Titans make their first appearance in the AFC Championship Game since 2002 will be an exciting one, but it won’t come without a cost.

In the upcoming contest, the Titans will face a Kansas City Chiefs team that they defeated 35-32 earlier in the year with quarterback Patrick Mahomes performing at full capacity.

According to TickPick, the no-fee secondary marketplace, the average purchase price for Sunday’s game in Kansas City is $429.14.

That’s a good bit higher than Saturday’s Divisional Round game against in Baltimore, where tickets went for  an average of $333.66.

Sunday’s NFC Championship between the San Francisco 49ers and the Green Bay Packers is still the most expensive of them all, selling for an average of $585.95.

The current “get-in” price for Titans-Chiefs is $292, with the best available seat according to TickPick’s algorithm (Section 101, Row 2) listed for $1,834.

These are all-in fees, as TickPick does not tack on additional fees.

The Titans and Chiefs are set to kick off at 2:05 p.m. CST on Sunday in Arrowhead Stadium.
