Former Corrie star Kym Marsh has shared a new photo of her youngest daughter Polly, and fans have told her she looks the image of a Hollywood actress.
Kym posted a snap of nine-year-old Polly with a new bobbed hairstyle on Instagram, and followers couldn't help notice the likeness.
"My Polly's new haircut so grown up now!!!" said Kym.
Fans told Kym that Polly looks like Dakota Fanning, who shot to fame at the age of seven and earned a Screen Actors Guild Award for her role starring alongside with Sean Penn on I Am Sam and played Tom Cruise's daughter in the 2005 remake of War of the Worlds - and the former Coronation Street favourite agreed with them.
"Holy Dakota Fanning look a like!" exclaimed one fan.
"I agree," replied proud Kym.
"Aww, She looks like a mini Dakota Fanning!!" said another.
"And I think that too!" said Kym, 43.
Kym, who played Michelle Connor in Corrie until the end of last year, recently shared a black and white snap of herself and Polly sharing a loving embrace.
"My best days are always with you Polly," she wrote.
Last year Kym Marsh said she was 'super proud' of her daughter as she made her film debut.
Polly starred alongside her dad Hollyoaks star Jamie Lomas in Lead Belly, a hard-hitting film about homelessness.
Lead Belly was aimed at raising awareness about rough sleeping and armed forces veterans suffering with mental ill-health.
Her dad played ex soldier Mark, who is homeless and suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder.
Polly played the angelic figure of Mike’s late daughter Lucy who appears to him in heart-wrenching scenes.
She told the audience at a screening and Q&A that she had cried while watching the film back.
Polly has been learning the trade at Jamie's First Take School of Acting in Manchester.
Kym and Jamie, 44, married in 2012 and divorced in 2014 after six years together.
Last year Kym was a special guest at an open day at First Take.
She spoke to the classes about her personal journey in acting and how she got into the industry as well as answering questions from children and parents.
At Christmas Polly starred with Kym in Elf: The Christmas Spectacular, a stage adaptation of the hit Hollywood movie starring Will Ferrell and Zooey Deschanel in Liverpool, Glasgow and London.
Kym played Buddy the Elf’s girlfriend Jovie and Polly played a naughty child who had a confrontation with Santa.
