Fans outraged as This Morning is cut short and Loose Women cancelled for budget

TV fans are not happy with today's ITV schedule.

Viewers were left surprised when This Morning was cut short by 15 minutes and finished at 12:15 pm rather than 12:30 pm and Loose Women was cancelled in order to make more room on the TV schedule for the news.

The schedule shake-up was made ahead of the Autumn Budget 2021 announcement being made by Chancellor Rishi Sunak.

One viewer who was not pleased with the changes penned on Twitter : "My whole work schedule is based around this show finishing at 12:30, F**k off budget #thismorning."

Another angered TV fan typed: "The budget can f**k off #thismorning."

"Oh they've finished early! I forgot about the budget LOL!" penned another.

Others noticed earlier in the show that the episode - hosted by Holly Willoughby and Philip Schofield - was different to usual as the presenters started the Spin to Win competition at a different time to usual.

A puzzled fan commented: "Oh no early spin to win!!! #thismorning."

More added: "Spin to Win's a bit early isn't it?" and "Lines are not open now for Spin To Win.....12.15....just remind Philip."

One fan who missed the segment wrote: "@thismorning what happened to playing spin to win today?"

Yesterday, Phillip joked that Holly was going to 'pee herself' during the competition segment.

As they hosted a special Halloween version of the Spin to Win competition, Holly was giggling almost straight away as she unveiled her 'spooky balls'.

But the mother-of-three was not impressed at all when she realised the balls were covered in red gunk this week.

The pair were delighted when one caller said the correct phrase upon answering the phone and went on to win a prize of £800 and a platinum adventure pass.

However, Phillip revealed that Holly would also be picking out a ball for her too as no prize was won during Monday's show.

But as 40-year-old Holly attempted to retrieve a ball, she squealed it was "disgusting" and made heaving noises as she picked a ball out.

Holly and Phillip were in hysterics as she picked out three of the exact same balls which were a prize of £800 and a platinum adventure pass.

As Holly went in for a fourth try, 59-year-old Phillip was heard shouting: "Oh she's gonna pee herself now!" as Holly continued giggling.

Luckily, the fourth ball was a prize of £1,000 and the pair cheered as the segment finally came to an end.

*This Morning airs weekdays at 10am on ITV.
