Fans revving up for Erskine Motorbike Meet

ENTHUSIASTS, families, supporters and hundreds of bikers are once again expected to throng to the Erskine veterans care charity’s annual Motorbike Meet.

Now in its 14th year, the event is set to attract more than 1000 motorbikes and trikes to the Veterans’ Village in Bishopton, Renfrewshire, on Sunday, May 31, as riders show their support and respect for the Armed Forces heroes.

Running from 1-5pm, it makes for a fun afternoon out with family entertainment, fairground rides, live music, market, street food and more. Entry costs a £5 donation per bike and £2 a visitor – kids go free.

Jennifer Campbell, Erskine’s events and corporate fundraising manager, said: “We're looking forward to welcoming motorbike enthusiasts, local families and supporters to the annual Erskine Motorbike Meet.

"It is an unmissable family fun day that raises vital funds for our veterans, so we hope everyone will join us to enjoy this year’s event.”
