Fans rave over Brooklyn Beckham’s resemblance to dad David as he debuts shaved head

Fans have been raving about Brooklyn Beckham’s resemblance to his famous dad after he debuted a buzzcut similar to David’s infamous early 2000s cut.

The 24-year-old’s new ’do was unveiled by pal Selena Gomez on her Instagram Stories on Tuesday where she revealed that her 10-year-old sister, Gracie, and his wife Nicola Peltz, 28, were responsible for his edgy shaved head.

In her social media posts, Gomez described her little sister and Beckham as “my babies” while another shot showed Peltz beaming as she buzzed her other half’s head with hair clippers.

Since sharing the photos, fans of the amateur chef have been complimenting him on his new look, commenting on how he resembles his 48-year-old dad in his younger years.

The football legend became known for his ever-changing hairstyles while playing for Manchester United and England – with his shaved head arguably being the most famous.

Commenting on the photos, one fan penned: “What the hell! I thought this was a picture of David from back in the day. Spitting image of one another.”

“Like father like son,” another commented. A third added: “Looks like David now. Very nice haircut.”

A fourth shared: “Brooklyn with a buzzcut!!!!! This is what we needed to see in 2023.”

The social media update comes weeks after Nicola shared her heartbreak over the loss of her dog Bear, saying “thank you for loving all of us so deeply”.

The American star posted a series of photos on Instagram of the beloved pet swimming in the ocean, including one where her husband Brooklyn can be seen crouched down alongside Bear.

“There are never words to capture this heartbreak. Bear, I am so lucky I got to grow up with you by my side,” she wrote alongside the post.

“Thank you for loving all of us so deeply. I hate that you’re gone, I miss you so much. I hope you know how much I love you.”

Beckham also posted a photo of him in the ocean with the dog on his Instagram story at the time and wrote: “We miss you so much Bear, you were an amazing dog … We love you x.”
