Fans love Jurgen Klopp's Rhian Brewster gesture in Liverpool's win over Everton

Liverpool fans were slightly apprehensive when they read the team news to face Everton in the FA Cup third round tie.

Jurgen Klopp gambled on an inexperienced Liverpool team but the decision made complete sense due to the fixture congestion which the Reds have done well to navigate in the last month thanks to their Club World Cup win.

But if you for one second think that Klopp didn't care about the result, you only have to watch a brief but brilliant video of him speaking to his young players towards the end of the fixture against Everton.

Curtis Jones' remarkable curled shot from outside the box was the difference between the teams but he wasn't the only impressive young gun.

Harvey Elliott was also a key man on the night, with the 16-year-old taken off the field in the 79th minute as Rhian Brewster was subbed on.

It's arguably Klopp's man-management which sets him apart and he showed what he's all about in the 14-second clip below.

Brewster looked focused but maybe a little nervous as he prepared to take the field whilst Elliott was receiving a round of applause, but Klopp soon gave him a massive grin with what he said to him.

Within a split-second the 19-year-old had a huge grin on his face and clearly went onto the field feeling a little looser.

Elliott, meanwhile, was offered a handshake and a hug after he came off, before Klopp looked on like a proud father. It's safe to say this sums up everything that is good about Klopp at Liverpool and fans will love it.
