The dream of having a Bristolian Love Island winner has been dashed after Siânnise Fudge and her partner Luke T came second in last night's finale.
Paige Turley and Finn Tapp took home the £50,000 prize instead, despite Siânnise and Luke being odds-on favourite to win.
Both winners were given an envelope - one containing £50,000 and the other nothing - then tasked with deciding whether to share the prize money or take it all for themselves.
Paige picked the £50,000 envelope and chose to share it with Finn.
Siânnise did not seem particularly too bothered by the result however, saying: "I came here to find love. I feel like I've won."
While Siânnise herself seemed to be content with coming in second place, many of her fans were left gutted by the shock result.
One angry Twitter user wrote: "Not having that!!! Siânnise and Luke were robbed!!!"
Another said: "Luke T and Siânnise are 100% my winners."
A third added: "Siânnise is the real winner out of this, she can come out of it realising she proved everybody wrong in the beginning, and is the perfect example of not judging a book by its cover."
On a more positive note, Luke T said he would consider moving to Bristol to be with Siânnise during the finale, saying: “I know Luton to Bristol is far, but for you I would definitely move."

Fourth place: Jess Gale and Ched Uzor
