Fans go wild for Holly Willoughby's dress on This Morning as she pays tribute to the Royal Baby

Holly Willoughby paid her own congratulatory tribute to the latest royal addition today with the help of her outfit.

The This Morning star has sent fans wild with her latest fashion statement as her and co-host Phillip Schofield discussed the arrival of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's baby boy.

Posting a pre-show picture to her Instagram account, Holly, 38, wore a striking royal blue number and added a little message to the new parents.

She said: "Happy Tuesday... Congratulations @sussexroyal on the arrival of your baby boy.. what wonderful news.

"Enjoy these first precious moments, there is nothing quite like it... #royalblue."

Plenty of Holly's 5.5 million followers were quick to comment on the post describing the presenter as "stunning" and "beautiful".

One wrote: "Such a beautiful dress Holly you look so beautiful and elegant."

Another said: "Love this dress! Awesome colour, very fitting for the special Royal Announcement."

A third said: "Oh wow... I just love this colour, you look absolutely fabulous in this Holly."

But for those asking where it is from, it'll certainly be a hit on the bank balance.

The brand new addition to the Royal Family was announced by Buckingham Palace on Monday, May 6, before Prince Harry addressed media in the grounds of Windsor Castle.

A statement released by Buckingham Palace said: "Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Sussex was safely delivered of a son at 0526hrs.

"The baby weighs 7lbs 3oz.

"The Duke of Sussex was present for the birth.

"The Duchess's mother, Doria Ragland, who is overjoyed by the arrival of her first grandchild, is with Their Royal Highnesses at Frogmore Cottage.

"Her Royal Highness and her child are both doing well."
