Both Liverpool and Tottenham supporters voiced their disappointment at the quality of their BT Sport stream on YouTube during the Champions League final.
Fans took to Twitter to complain, and many posted images of their screens, which showed colours streaming and blurred images.
One fan wrote: "How can this BT Sports stream on YouTube be worse than some I find elsewhere?", while another added: "YouTube stream resembles a Jackson Pollock painting.
A third wrote: "Surprised you didn't take the live stream down on YouTube at half-time to sort it out. Millions are trying to watch this and we can't."
And a fourth concluded: "Why not fix your bloody YouTube stream? Constantly crap, the players seem to be melting as colours are streaming off them lol. SHOCKING QUALITY, it's constant aswell."
BT eventually took to social media to address the problems.
A tweet send from the official BT UK Twitter account read: "If you are experiencing issues with the youtube stream, you can also watch on BT Sport or download the BT Sport App."
Liverpool started fast against Tottenham on Saturday, opening the scoring in just the second minute through Mohamed Salah from the penalty spot.
