Fans fear for Love Island's Paige as video emerges of boyfriend Adam with mystery blonde

Love Island fans have been left concerned for Paige Throne after footage of boyfriend Adam Collard in a McDonald's restaurant after a night out emerged.

The islander who entered the villa for the second time this year was seen with his arms around another girl as he spoke to other people.

Fans of the show now fear that Adam may have returned to his old ways, with some labelling him a "cheat" after the footage went viral.

However, Adam has denied the allegations, claiming he was just being "his friendly self" after a girl "asked for photos".

Adam's representatives said: "Having spoken to Adam about this video, Adam headed to McDonald's after a night out with friends, his friends were alongside him when a group of girls asked for photos and Adam being his friendly self was open to posing and chatting to the girls, alongside other fans who wanted to chat in the same video.

"Adam understands how this video looks but wants to state that he left the restaurant with his friends and a box of 60 nuggets (with nothing or no one else) with the intention of getting home safely.

"Adam and Paige are currently dating and Adam only has eyes for her," reports OK!

Despite Adam's protestations of innocence the viral clip has led many to come to conclusions of their own.

The reality star can be seen in a McDonald's with his left arm around an unknown blonde girl wearing a black sequinned dress. A group of people can also be seen in the video speaking with Adam as he scrolls through his phone, although due to the poor audio, it's unclear what they're talking about.

The unnamed girl holds Adam's arm throughout the length of the short clip whilst also clutching her McDonald's order.

Since the clip was first uploaded, many have debated whether Paige and Adam are now on the rocks.

One user, who claims to work at the McDonald's Adam was seen in, says she can "100% vouch that he's a cheat!"

Another said: "Don't know why people are surprised was always gonna happen."

A third simply commented: "Some things never change

"Adam Collard was always going to Adam Collard at some point," said another fan.

A fifth person appeared unsympathetic towards Paige, writing: "lmao once a heartbreaker always a heartbreaker and he was saying on the show how loyal he was."

One fan theorised: "If I had to guess they haven't really been together since the show ended, they just kept it up for appearances."

But other concerned fans commented their concern for Paige, with one person asking: "Is Paige okay bless her? I've seen two vids now."

However, not everyone was convinced by the allegations of "cheating".

"Idk if arm around a girl is cheating," argued one user.

Whilst another agreed, saying: "This isn't proof of cheating."

A third agreed, commenting: "In what way is he cheating."

Earlier this year, Adam became the first contestant to ever return to the villa for a second series, having already appeared in series four.

In the 2018 series, he earned himself a bad reputation as he worked his way through flings with Kendall Rae-Knight and Rosie Williams before going into an eight-month relationship with Zara Mcdermott.

On his return to the show, he quickly upset the apple cart as he set his sights on Paige - which arguably led to the shock departure of Jacques O'Neill.

When Adam and Paige left the show, he reportedly made her his girlfriend soon after.
