Fans were divided on Aidan O'Shea's first half performance in Saturday's All-Ireland final as the Westerners went in at the break trailing Tyrone by 0-10 to 0-8.
Some felt that the Breaffy man was not involved enough in the game, but others pointed out that he won a throw that led to a score.
One person tweeted: "Aidan O'Shea is a passenger for Mayo today."
But another comment read: "Did Aidan O’Shea not win the throw in and set up the first point?"
Someone else posted: "Aidan O'Shea anonymous. Mayo will improve as soon as he goes off."
But one other person on Twitter stated: "I know people have the tweets giving out about Aidan O’Shea saved in drafts for days before the fella goes out on the field but he’s actually not playing badly here today by any stretch.
"Drawn several fouls, leading the line well and pulling Tyrone backs all over the place."

O'Shea did have a chance on goal around the 25th minute, but his shot was brilliantly blocked by Ronan McNamee. It means that the 31-year-old has still never scored in an All-Ireland final.
One tweet read: "What a block on Aidan O'Shea by Ronan McNamee. Where was Morgan? Goal was gaping."
One other person said: "Simply incredible that Aidan O'Shea has never scored in an All-Ireland Final."
Another fan added: "The pass from O’Donoghue and the block from McNamee. Unreal football. Aidan O’Shea is destined never to score in an All-Ireland final."
