Fans criticise Caitlyn Jenner for discussing Khloe Kardashian fall out on I'm A Celebrity

Fans have criticised Caitlyn Jenner after she candidly discussed her fall out with stepdaughter Khloe Kardashian during I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!.

Thursday's episode of the ITV show saw the reality star, 70, open up about her transition, detailing how her six children and four stepchildren reacted to the news.

Speaking to her campmates in the Australian jungle, she said she has not spoken to Khloe for "around five or six years."

Jenner, who came out as trans in 2015, said: “I went through every kid and for some reason [she] was pissed off about something through this whole process.

“It’s been five or six years and I really haven’t talked to her since.”

Ian Wright asked: “Do you think she’s more thinking about herself rather than you?”

Caitlyn replied: “I don’t know. We were really close. I raised her since she was five years old. I really don’t know what her issues are.”

Fans have since hit back at Caitlyn’s remarks – and claimed Khloe does not speak to Caitlyn because of comments she made about Kris after their split.

Fans also pointed out that Khloe was one of the first children to offer support to Caitlyn and bought her several pairs of heels.

In Caitlyn’s Vanity Fair interview, she claimed the reason the couple ended their 23-year marriage was largely because of how Kris treated her.

She told the magazine: “Twenty percent was gender and 80 percent was the way I was treated.”

On her television show, I Am Cait, Khloe and her sister, Kim Kardashian-West, confronted Caitlyn over her comments on Kris.

Khloe was seen telling Caitlyn: “We don’t care what you’re doing, we don’t care if you want to transition, we want to support you and be there for you. But, we don’t think that entails you speaking negatively about my mum.

“In our opinion, you don’t need to even mention our mum. Let’s focus on the actual cause here and not drag my mum through the mud. I would think you would come from a place of more compassion – especially when you have two young daughters who are greatly affected by it. And when you tried to tell me I don’t know what I’m talking about…”

Caitlyn responded: “Because you don’t know.”

Kim added in a separate conversation: “I read the Vanity Fair interview, and there are things that you said that you might not realise are hurtful. ‘Had Kris been accepting to who I am, we still would be together.’

“And that’s the most unfair thing in the world to say.”

Standard Online has contacted representatives for Khloe Kardashian and ITV for comment.
