Una Healy has shared a brilliant video of her lockdown workout.
Fans were impressed as the Tipperary singer went through her paces in her back garden.
The Saturdays star admitted that her great progress was one of the only things keeping her sane during the quarantine.
She wrote on Instagram: "6 weeks ago I was struggling to do 10 on my knees! Finally built myself up enough to do the 10 off the knees!
"I know it’s not perfect by any means but delighted to be getting stronger...
"It’s one of the things keeping me sane during lockdown."
Last month fans dubbed Una’s kids "her clones" as she shared a family picture from lockdown.
The mum of two, to Aoife Belle and Tadhg, shared a snap of the trio saying: “Lockdown with my loves.”
And fans and friends of flooded the Tipperary singer’s comment section with love as they confessed they thought they were seeing double.
Her former Saturday’s co-star and long time friend Rochelle Humes commented saying: “Eye game strong.”
Meanwhile, a fan joked: “Does your husband not have any DNA? They’re like clones of you."
This post comes after the Irish singer, 38, said she is loving watching her kids friendship while they are all home together in isolation.
The post also prompted her friends to point out her kids likeness, with Irish influencer Roz Purcell saying: “The eyes, both the image of you!”
RTE star Angela Scanlon also said: “She’s the head of you!”
