A popular biker and motoblogger has died in an horrific road crash after steering his bike with his feet while allegedly texting on his phone.
Artem Boldyrev, 34, known by his nickname Bolt, was killed after his bike smashed into a car on Monday.
Boldyrev had amassed nearly 300,000 followers on his YouTube channel, Moto Nexus, where he regularly uploaded motorbike reviews.
His lastest video - a comparative review of Indian Chieftain and Harley motorbikes - was published online about an hour before the accident.
Another video has been shared online claiming to be the last minutes before Boldyrev's death.
He can be seen steering the vehicle with his feet to his friend Evgeny Matveev just minutes before he smashed into a Fiat car.
Matveev wrote: "This is the last video of Bolt which he forwarded me at 2:15pm.
"Bolt has crashed to his death."
Boldyrev can be heard in the video saying: "Most problems arise due to the fact that I don't give a ****."
In another clip, a motorist can be seen lying on the road metres away from his motobike. The crushed bike can be seen lying on the road with parts falling out.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs confirmed an accident occurred at a highway in the urban district of Domodedovo, Moscow at 6:15pm on June 10, Komsololskaya Pravda reports.
They identified a man born in 1985 died in the accident.
It's said that a BMW motorcycle had collided with a Fiat car.
Subscribers and followers in social networks have poured in condolences to Boldyrev's family members.
One read: “Thank you for your love to motorbikes! You died doing what you love…"
Another said: "Artem rest in peace. Looking at your race, I always wondered when it would happen. It's a pity that many other bikers died."
