Family's plea to man missing from hospital to get in touch

A family has issued a heartfelt plea for a man missing from a hospital to get in touch.

James Booth  was last seen at the Altrincham Priory Hospital, Rappax Road, Hale Barns, Trafford, at around 1.30pm on Wednesday 10 October 2020.

He is described as a white man, approximately 5ft 10ins tall, with medium length black/grey hair.

He was last seen wearing a thin burgundy/grey tracksuit which is deemed inadequate for the present weather conditions, and black training shoes.

James is further described as having a lazy eye.

In a statement, James' family said:  “James, we are searching everywhere we can think of. Please come home, where you are loved. Mum, Anne, Liz, Clare, Mark, Agnes and the whole family miss you and need you back. Please, please turn on your phone, or speak with a police officer or member of the public.”

Officers and family are becoming increasingly concerned about James and want to make sure he is safe and well.

Anyone with information about James' whereabouts should contact police on 0161 856 7573/7527.

Alternatively, contact the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
