Family's plea to find missing groom-to-be from Long Eaton who was last seen at ferry port

The fiancée and family of a missing man who was last seen at a ferry port are desparately appealing for him to come home.

David Paul Brown from Long Eaton was last seen on Friday June 28 boarding a ferry from Dublin to Holyhead.

Mr Brown, who is known as Dave, was then captured on CCTV on Saturday June 29 at Holyhead Port.

On the footage, the 31-year-old was wearing a burgundy coloured jacket and brown trainers and was carrying a black wheelie suitcase and a black/grey backpack.

He is described as being 5ft 11ins tall, of medium build with brown hair and blue eyes.

His family and fiancée said in a statement to NorthWalesLive: "Dave if you are reading this we are so desperate to hear from you just to know that you ok. If you can contact any of us just so we know you are safe."

The family believe that he was most likely travelling by train on Saturday from Holyhead to either the Midlands or London.

Anyone who has seen Mr Brown or has information about his whereabouts or may have dashcam footage from the area should contact police on 101 quoting incident number 9153006.
