A Weston-super-Mare man who disappeared while on holiday in Benidorm with a friend is now home.
Nick Brzeziski, 32, flew out to Benidorm for a short break last Sunday with friend Luke and was staying at the Sandos Benidorm Suites in the resort.
However on Tuesday after an incident at the hotel on Tuesday, he was arrested by Spanish police and appeared in court on Wednesday.
He was released from court and last seen at around 11.30am on Wednesday morning.
The friend he was holidaying with flew home and wife Laura flew out to try and find him on Wednesday afternoon.
Her search was fruitless and she returned home during the early hours of yesterday.
It is understand that after leaving court Mr Brzeziski, a builder, walked the 50 kilometres from Benidorm to Alicante Airport.

He collapsed on his way back from the airport and was picked up by the Red Cross.
He contacted his mum, who lives in Portishead, and was booked, by his wife, on a flight back to Bristol last night
He arrived at the airport at just after 1am today where he was met by police, due to fact he had been reported as a missing person.
Wife Laura said: "I am so glad that he is home safe.
"I picked him up from the airport early this morning.
"He was met by police due to him being reported as a missing person.
"He has quite a few bruises and has lost a lot of weight and is upset about what has happened.
"As a family we are over the moon to have him back safe."
