The family of a missing Ayrshire man are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare.
Craig McWhirter was last seen leaving his hometown of Maybole on Sunday, September 12 at 6pm.
The 29-year-old man was driving a gunmetal grey BMW 4 Series car which has the registration X30 CJM.
Craig is described as around 6ft 1in tall, stocky build with brown/ginger hair.
Police have confirmed that Craig was reported missing yesterday.
Sergeant Anne Marshall, based at Ayr, said: "Craig's family are concerned about him and we're appealing for anyone who might have seen Craig since last Sunday or knows where he might be to contact us."
Anyone with information should contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting incident number 1753 of September 16.
