The family of a young man killed in a road accident have paid tribute to their beautiful son.
Jordan Ingram died after his black Mini Cooper, in which he was travelling alone, was involved in a single vehicle collision at around 10.30pm on Saturday, 5 December.
The 19-year-old was travelling along the A470 at Storey Arms in Brecon, an area known locally as RAC bends.
In a statement his mother Nikki said: “Paul Ingram and myself, Nikki Ingram, record the tragic death of our beautiful son Jordan at the Storey Arms on December 5, 2020 following a road traffic collision.
“May Jordan rest in peace. We would like to thank Dyfed-Powys Police for their help during this situation. They have been wonderful.”
Tributes have also been paid by Brecon Northcote Football Club, who Jordan played for.
Flowers and messages of condolences have been left at the team's home ground MOD Field.
A Facebook post on the team's page said: "Jordan was a great person, a kind, gentle soul. Real popular lad with his team mates here and with Hay St Mary’s. Not to mention a fantastic footballer. Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this difficult time."
And the club has also since changed it's profile photo to one of Jordan, who wore the number 11 shirt, as a mark of respect.
In the meantime, Dyfed-Powys Police officers are investigating the incident and are appealing for anyone with dash cam footage to come forward.
