The heartbroken family of a police officer found dead alongside his son in "unexplained" circumstances have paid tribute.
The bodies of David Louden, 39, and Harrison Louden, three, were both discovered at a property in Kidderminster on Friday.
Mr Louden was a serving officer with West Mercia Police.
His wife, who has not been named, and wider family have now paid tribute to the pair.
They expressed their deep shock, grief and devastation at the loss of the two much loved family members, a statement said.
It added: "David was a kind, loving, considerate, amazing father, husband, son, brother, uncle, friend and colleague.

"Harrison was a happy, well-loved little boy. They will both be forever missed and loved."
Police have launched a probe into the incident, which they said is currently being treated as "unexplained".
Emergency services raced to an address on Cairndhu Drive at around 9:15am, where they made the devastating find.
It is understood Mr Louden, a detective constable, had been in CID for several years, targeting burglary gangs and drug offenders.
West Mercia Police's assistant chief constable, Rachel Jones, issued a statement expressing her sadness at the news in the aftermath.
"We have launched an investigation into the deaths, which are currently being treated as unexplained," she said.
"It is with great sadness that we share this news today.
"Whilst the circumstances surrounding the deaths are not fully known, this is clearly a tragic incident.
"Our deepest condolences are with the officer’s family, friends and colleagues."
Tributes have already poured in from friends and neighbours who said a family had moved into the property in the last year.
One said: "I am shocked to hear what has happened and I’ve known the family years - great shock."

The West Mercia Police Federation issued a statement following the sad deaths.
Sarah Cooper, branch chair, said: “We are all deeply shocked and saddened by this tragic and heart-breaking news.
"We extend our deepest sympathies to all those impacted by this devastating incident and our thoughts are very much with family, friends and colleagues.
"The ripples from this incident will be far-reaching and I know that officers and staff across West Mercia Police will be impacted hugely by this tragedy.
"As a Federation, we will be on hand to support our members through this in any way we can."
