The family of mother of three , who should have been getting married today will this evening be brought by ferry to the location her body was found.
Ruth (30) was from Newcastle, County Down and had travelled to Carlingford, County Louth last March with friends.
She was part of a hen do group who were visiting the popular village, on the shores of Carlingford Lough, in advance of one of the group's pending wedding, when she got separated from the group.
Extensive searches took place and her body was recovered from close to Haulbowline Lighthouse near Greenore, also on the shores of Carlingford Lough.
Paul O’Sullivan, managing director of Carlingford Lough Ferry confirmed that a special sailing is being provided this evening for Ruth’s family as they mark the day.

The ferry will leave Greenore at around 9.30pm and, close to the lighthouse, it will shut off the engines and allow a moment of silence.
The lighthouse will be illuminated at the time.
Mr O’Sullivan said it was a small gesture by the company on a day when her family would otherwise have been celebrating her wedding.
The ferry will then travel on to Greencastle in Co Down.
