Family of tragic mum Emma Watson launch fundraiser for her four young children before Christmas

The grieving family of a found dead in her Wishaw home have launched a Just Giving page for her four children in the lead up to Christmas.

Emma Watson had disappeared from the Gowkthrapple area of Wishaw at around 3.30pm on Friday, November 8.

Later that night, police confirmed that the mum had been 'traced safe and well'.

The 32-year-old was dead at her home just two days later on Sunday, November 10.

There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding her death.

Heartbroken friends and family have launched a Just Giving page to help raise money for Emma's funeral.

Sister-in-law Laura Watson who created the fundraiser said money will also go towards making sure her four grieving children 'get what they deserve' this Christmas.

Emma Watson was described as a 'beautiful mummy' with the 'biggest heart' (Facebook)

A statement on the page read: "Emma Watson our beautiful angel sadly left our lives on Sunday, November 10.

"Behind she leaves her wonderful family but most important her four amazing young kids; Ella, Mirren, Olivia and Lomond.

"Just a few weeks before Santa comes they have lost their beautiful mummy and we would like to make sure these kids get exactly what they deserve for Christmas.

"Emma had the biggest heart and would give to anyone even if it was her last.

"Lets give her the send off she deserves and ensure her kids can make happy memories."

More than £800 has been raised in less than 24 hours.

One loved one commented on the page: "My heart goes to all of Emma’s family and friends.

"I hope one day you will all be able to find the peace that Emma couldn’t."

Another posted: "Thinking of you all at this terribly sad time especially your beautiful kids.

"RIP Emma one of the nicest girls I’ve ever met."

A third wrote: "My thoughts are with you all.

"She was the sweetest girl."

On Tuesday night a Police Scotland spokesperson told the Record: "Police Scotland can confirm that the body of a 32-year-old woman was found at her home in Gowkthrapple, Wishaw on Sunday, 10 November 2019.

"There are no suspicious circumstances and the Procurator Fiscal has been informed.
