A Scots mum is desperately searching for her son who went missing a week ago.

Now, seven days later, the teenager's mum Stephanie Bonner is frantically trying to find her vulnerable son.

Worried Stephanie posted a heartbreaking message on Facebook this morning.

She said: "Please get my boy home safe.

"It's been seven long agonising days.

"Please we are broken as a family. Please I need my Rhys home. We all do."

Rhys is described as 6ft tall with dark hair and brown eyes.

Last week Stephanie said her son is very vulnerable.

She added: "We are so worried for him.

"He won't be dressed for the weather either. We care so much about him and want to bring him home. We need our boy back.

CCTV footage of Rhys - wearing the long-sleeved Celtic training top, blue and green shorts and Nike trainers that he was last seen in - has been shared on social media in the hope of tracking him down.

Police Scotland said “enquiries are continuing” -  and urged anyone with any info on Rhys’s whereabouts to contact officers on 101.
