The sister of the mum-of-five described as "the life and soul of any party" has once again pleaded for her to come home.
Last week marked one year since Carol Mighall went missing in Birkenhead.
Merseyside Police has renewed its appeal for help in finding the mum-of-five - and today Carol's sister Karen has once again pleaded for her to come home or let them know she is safe.

Speaking to the ECHO today, Karen said the last contact she had with with her sister was when they spent New Year's Day together - three days before her disappearance on January 4, 2021.
Karen added Carol, 52, spoke with her partner Dava on the day of her disappearance.
Carol, from Tranmere, was last seen on CCTV in a shop on Borough Road four days after her disappearance.
Karen told the ECHO the disappearance was out of character for Carol.
She said: "Carol was the life and soul of the party and this was all completely out of character for her.
"It's never anything she's done before - in the past if she needed to get out of the house, she'd always come to mine.
"I've just had no contact with her at all. We were really close.
"We just want her to come home, or if she's not ready, just to let one of us know if she's safe.
"That's the main concern for everyone - that she's alive and safe."
Karen said she and the rest of the family had not noticed anything different about Carol in the days leading up to her disappearance.
She said: "She was just the same old Carol.
"I had dinner with her on New Year's and she was just fine - there was nothing different at all."
The 51-year-old was seen on CCTV in a convenience store on Rodney Street close to Birkenhead town centre where she bought a litre bottle of vodka and 20 cigarettes.
She then headed in the direction of Birkenhead Central Station.
Two days after being spotted on CCTV on Rodney Street, she was seen on camera in a shop at the top of Argyle Street South - and two days later, at another store on Borough Road.

Karen, 43, added December was particularly hard for the family as they always went to the mum-of-five and grandma-of-nine on Christmas Day.
She said: "Her daughter thinks she needs to take on everything and has to try and explain it the best she can to her kids.
"Christmas was a hard time for the kids alone because they're all used to being there with her on Christmas Day.
"Being there on Christmas Day without her just wasn't the same for them."
Karen also said Carol's partner has had a mini-stroke which she doesn't know about - and they've also had deaths in the family which are made harder by her not being there.
Carol was last seen wearing a khaki coloured parka-style coat with grey fur on the hood, blue jeans and black and white speckled trainers.
She was also carrying a black handbag with a shoulder strap.
There have been a lot of unconfirmed sightings of the grandmother-of-nine, but none of these have led to anything definite.
Back in September 2021, an attempt was made to use a bank card that she took with her which police investigated, however no further updates regarding this were given.
Karen said Merseyside Police has asked anyone who believes they have sighted Carol to take a photo so the family can confirm if it is her or not.
Carol has links to Birkenhead, Liverpool city centre and Chester.
