Andrew was reported missing on Tuesday (October 19) after he was last seen near to The Bank of Scotland on Abbeygreen, Lesmahagow at around 11.30am.

Described as white, 5ft 8in tall, Andrew has brown hair and is of a stocky build.

Investigating officers say he was last seen wearing a black anorak with another red anorak underneath, blue suit trousers and brown socks.

Police Sergeant Jason Henry told Lanarkshire Live : “It is out of character for Andrew not to be in touch with his family or friends, who are becoming increasingly concerned for his wellbeing.

“We have a number of police resources out looking for Andrew and I am now looking for the assistance from the public.

“If you believe you have seen Andrew or have any information, please get in touch.”

Andrew is originally from the Shawlands area of Glasgow and may return to that area.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact police on 101.
