Family of missing Dublin 15-year-old Kayla Deegan 'very concerned' and urge her to 'make contact'

The family of a 15-year-old missing from north Dublin are "very concerned for her welfare" and are urging her to get in touch.

Kayla Deegan went missing from the Darndale area of Coolock yesterday.

She is 5'5", with long blonde hair and is of a slim build with blue eyes. When she was last seen, Kayla was wearing a black and grey furry jacket.

A garda spokesman said: "Gardaí are seeking the public's help in tracing the whereabouts of Kayla Deegan, 15 years, who is missing from the Darndale area of Coolock, Dublin 17, since 09/08/2020.

"She is described as being approximately 5'5", with long blonde hair, of slim build with blue eyes. When last seen Kayla was wearing a black and grey furry jacket.

"Gardaí and Kaylas family are very concerned for her welfare and would urge her to make contact.

"Anyone with information on her whereabouts are asked to contact Gardai in Coolock on 01 666 4200 or the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111.
