Family 'increasingly concerned' for West Lothian teenager missing since Saturday

Police have launched an urgent appeal in a bid to find a West Lothian teenager who has been missing since Saturday. 

Chantelle Deafley, from the Kirknewton area, was last seen shortly before 12pm on Saruday (22 February) when she was dropped off at McDonalds, in Livingston.

The 17-year-old's whereabouts are currently unknown and her family and friends are becoming increasingly concerned for her.

Chantelle is described as being four feet 11 inches tall, with a slim build, mousy brown hair and white Scottish in appearance.

The teen was seen wearing a brown and red Armani jacket, a black Adidas hooded top, black leggings and black Converse trainers.

Inspector Notman from Livingston Police station states “Chantelle has been missing for some time now and her family and friends are understandably worried about her.

"We have a number of police resources out looking for Chantelle and I am now looking for the assistance from the public in order to trace her.”
