A family of a NHS nurse have issued an emotional message two weeks after he was reported missing.
Jim Kingsbury, from Brecon, was last week on October 5.
Originally from the Ystradgynlais area, Mr Kingsbury has been described as a "dedicated" nurse and volunteer biker for the blood service. His family have described his disappearance as "totally out of character".
In a statement released through Dyfed-Powys Police, they said: "Jim has been missing now for two weeks. We are desperate to know where he is. This is not like him, it’s totally out of character. He is a dedicated NHS nurse and volunteers as a biker for the blood service.
“Please Jim, get in touch. We need to know you are ok. We miss you.
“If anyone has seen him or knows where he is please contact police. We just want him home.”
Mr Kingsbury is described as 5' 9" tall, wears glasses and has grey hair. He was last seen wearing dark jeans, brown boots and a grey jumper, although may have changed clothes since.
Police believe he may be in the south Powys or south Wales valleys areas, but also has links to Durham.
He is thought to be travelling on foot.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts or his movements over the last two weeks is asked to call 101.
