What it's about: The sequel to 2004's mega-hit animated film about a superhero family who fights crime together. This time, they're working to make superheroes legal again.
The kid attractor factor: The animation, eye-popping spectacle and humor will draw kids and parents alike.
Good lessons/bad lessons: Always stick together as a family, admit when you need help, and work as a team.
Violence: Some perilous action sequences but nothing too scary or extreme.
Language: Nothing to be concerned about.
Sexuality: None.

Parents advisory: This is the kind of Pixar film that's fun for parents and kids alike. Fun for kids of all ages, but may be a bit too action-packed for the youngest children.

What it's about: A remake of the 1972 drug dealer blaxploitation film, this time set in present-day Atlanta.
The kid attractor factor: Teens might be attracted to the genre and slick style.
Good lessons/bad lessons: Get out while you're ahead and don't be greedy.
Violence: Some extreme, disturbing and bloody gun violence, as well as martial arts fighting.
Language: Strong language throughout.
Sexuality: Many scenes are set in strip clubs _ there is graphic nudity and the objectification of women, as well as an extremely graphic sex scene.
Drugs: Drugs, including cocaine and marijuana are used and sold throughout.
Parents advisory: Too violent and too graphic for kids _ this is for teens only.
